FAQ’S
How will my parcel be delivered?
- UK mainland and Northern Ireland deliveries are sent via Parcelforce www.parcelforce.co.uk. Channel Island deliveries are sent via DPD - www.dpd.co.uk.
- When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.
- If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.
What if I want to return an item?

Does Nine West ship to multiple addresses?
- Unfortunately we are not able to offer this option. Each order can only be despatched to the delivery address you selected when you ordered the goods.
