We offer FREE RETURNS or exchanges for all purchases. A returns label and instructions will be included in your shipment. You can also click here to print out another label.
When posting goods back to us...
- Customers should keep their despatch note as proof of purchase.
- Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process after you post the goods back to us. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed.
- There is no need to telephone us when sending a return
- Fill out the returns form enclosed in your package, and note whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Attach the postage label provided to the parcel.
- Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, you will not be charged to send your goods back to us.
- The Post Office will provide you with a Proof of Postage receipt, you should retain this as it contains the tracking information for your parcel. Please note that without your Royal Mail receipt, we cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.
